and upgrades for their licensed software.

customers receive an automatic email to notify them about
any downloads
from our website.
- Technical support:

provides software support through our helpful and experienced
staff
and members of our development team.

Hours of operation:
- Technical support is primarily available through our Vancouver
office.
- Our normal business hours of operation are:
8:30
AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Monday
through Friday excluding statutory holidays.
- We always make every effort to respond to emergency customer
support.
